Retail Bank (Mortgages)

Mortgage Fulfilment entails all the administrative tasks fulfilled after a mortgage application is approved and accepted.
The tasks performed by teams who each focus on a subset of the many tasks to be completed.
This retail bank needed a way to track tasks completed and staff performance.

Working with Management Consultants, the solution was an Excel template which each team leader completed.
This listed the tasks planned & completed per employee per hour.
The template was menu-driven to speed up data entry & reduce errors.
The data from each template was saved to a central database from which reports available.
The business could compare team and individual performance and determine which tasks caused bottlenecks.
