Fund managers needed to provide high-level metrics for senior management at this asset manager.
The required data came from several sources in varying formats which was manual and time consuming to import, clean, aggregate and report.
Solution
The solution was an Excel template which allowed users to import data automatically.
The data was cleansed, mapped, currency conversions applied and aggregated.
The dashboard was generated as a PDF and emailed to senior stakeholders as part of a monthly status report.
