Problem
Fund managers needed to report a specific metric (Duration) across almost 200 funds.
The reporting system allowed 1 fund to be queried at a time. This made creating a consolidated report across all funds manual, time consuming & error prone.
Solution
This Excel template with custom ribbon tab allowed a user to import the data for all funds with a single click.
The data was consolidated and filtered with data anomalies highlighted via Conditional Formatting.
A ‘maintenance’ screen allowed you to assign funds to each manager and email recipients for each report.
This cut the task from hours to minutes.
