Problem
The church running ‘The Alpha Course’ needed to track all aspects of the course including participants, helpers, costs, facilities and attendance.
Solution
It made sense to centralise the data in a database (MS Access).
However some users were remote.
The primary administrators leveraged all the benefits of a database application, including secure login to protect personal data.
Remote users entered participant details in a spreadsheet template which was then loaded into the database and reconciled.
