The client’s 3 HR systems containing staff data didn’t ‘talk’ with each other.
As such, there was no consolidated view of staff skills, hours, team allocation or absenteeism to manage daily production.


Staff Tracker is an Excel Add-In which allowed team managers to track staff attendance, assign to teams based on daily workloads (and staff skills) and facilitate production planning.
Managers can register each staff member’s skills so they can be allocated between teams as required.
It allowed managers to monitor planned and unplanned absenteeism. This helped planning to ensure there were enough suitably-skilled staff to handle the daily workload.
It also allowed managers to monitor overtime to ensure overtime budgets were not being exceeded.
